To be eligible for a return, it must be within the 15 days from date of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To begin return, request RA# (return authorization) by contacting us at, be sure to put requesting RA# in subject box of e-mail. Once you receive RA#, be sure to place RA# on outside of box being returned. NOTE: Returns without RA# will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less any shipping charges.

You will be responsible for all return shipping cost. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
